Quick Fixes:

The new RDAK (Red Door Activation Key) for our video-on-demand is 99.9% perfect, but not absolute perfection, during times of high traffic or multiple downloads of a popular VOD you may get an error or a message that says you license has been issued already. Try logging out and logging back in, go to your top tab download area and cut and paste your RDAK again. If the problem persists, let me know, this is a very simple fix and is usually a very isolated case.

Mac Users:

I would like to apologize for not yet being able to accomodate MAC users. The microsoft Digital rights licensing we use to protect our unique and exclusive movies is not yet supported by MAC operating systems. This is temporary and we are testing applications that will allow MAC users full access, but MAC & Microsoft have not yet perfected this yet.

PC/ Windows Users:

Always be sure that you are using the latest versions of Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Windows Media Player 11 or higher. Since we use the latest in digital video protection it is best to have the latest versions. It takes seconds to update and most newer computers have this anyway. 97% of computer users are on windows.
